Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Papertess Designs. Below you will find all relevant information regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping

Shipping costs & delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days
  • EU: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During peak periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may extend up to 15 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as DHL, Deutsche Post, DHL Express, and UPS. Available options will be shown at checkout.

Shipping address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

U.S. customers: All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and paid at checkout. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@papertessdesigns.com.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit card: up to 10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: typically within 24 hours after processing

For orders within the EU, VAT will be included in your refund. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
