Our orders are carefully prepared and processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.
However, during busy times (e.g. special sales, new releases, holidays), processing may take up to 10-15 business days.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot modify them once your order is fulfilled.
Papertess Designs is not responsible for late deliveries, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipping times are estimated.
International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by their country. We have no influence over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Customs processing may also cause delays.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Every order is carefully packaged and includes tracking.

We accept returns if notified within 14 days of delivery and received back within 30 days. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at hello@papertessdesigns.com. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
Refund timelines may vary:
- Credit Card: up to 10 business days
- Paypal: within 24 hours of confirmation email
For EU orders, VAT is included in refunds. Customs duties and VAT are non-refundable outside the EU.

A5 - The Yearly Notebook 2.0 - UNDATED
Really good paper and nicely set out for a note book. Would recommend
It has met every expectation I had plus some! Love the paper. That was the main reason I got it!
I’ve heard such good things about this planner and I’m always interested in in trying new things that are similar to the Hobonici cousin, without all the colors. However, when I receive this planner, I was disappointed in the actual material of the cover, which is just plain cardboard with an embossed name. Then upon further inspection, I learned that this is a horizontal planner, and I specifically thought I ordered a vertical planner. I don’t plan horizontally and I am not sure I’ll be able to use his planner at all.
Ich liebe es! Eigentlich sollte der A5-Planer nur als Übergangslösung dienen, bis B6 wieder erhältlich ist. Allerdings passt der so gut zu meinen Anforderungen, dass ich jetzt dabei bleibe und noch ein paar auf Vorrat kaufen werde, wenn der Shop wieder geöffnet hat. :) Habe ihn gerade parallel mit dem A5- und einem A6-Notizbuch im Einsatz.
