- U.S. Customers: Please be aware that U.S. customs may apply a 30% import tariff on certain goods made in China, even if they are shipped from Germany. These fees are determined by U.S. customs at the time of delivery and are not displayed at checkout.
- UPS Brokerage Fees: If your order is delivered by UPS, they may charge an additional brokerage fee for processing customs clearance on your behalf. This fee is separate from any customs tariffs and is determined by UPS based on your delivery location and the value of your package.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tariffs/customs fees and additional brokerage fees are NOT collected during checkout but are due upon delivery.

We accept returns if notified within 14 days of delivery and received back within 30 days. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at hello@papertessdesigns.com. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
Refund timelines may vary:
- Credit Card: up to 10 business days
- Paypal: within 24 hours of confirmation email
For EU orders, VAT is included in refunds. Customs duties and VAT are non-refundable outside the EU.
