Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot modify them once your order is fulfilled.
Papertess Designs is not responsible for late deliveries, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipping times are estimated.
- International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges vary by country, and we have no control over them or their amounts.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns if notified within 14 days of delivery and received back within 30 days. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at hello@papertessdesigns.com. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
Refund timelines may vary:

- Paypal: within 24 hours of confirmation email
For EU orders, VAT is included in refunds. Customs duties and VAT are non-refundable outside the EU.

A5 SLIM - a Manager's Notebook - 2026 edition
I love it so so so much. I’ve been searching for a planner for months and I havent found anything until I saw Papertess Design. I’m in love with it. I erased the dates to turn it into a undated planner ( I got the manager’s notebook ) and it works perfectly. Could easily fit 2 years on it. I love it. I can’t wait to order other things. Oh and yeah ! It came so fast in France !

I never thought that a bounded planner would work for me became I was so in love with rings. I still love rings but not for everyday planning. I started the year off with my Sterling Ink which is a lovely planner but I felt like something was missing. I switched to Papertess which I have been using inserts of since she first opened her etsy shop. I have always loved her designs and font choices. I needed one planner for everything. Personal, work,budgeting, future plans, health trackers. This planner has room for it all! If I could change one thing it would be the monthly pages. I wish they were a full page. I feel like there is enough space in this planner to have the left side in another area or just not at all. I personally don’t like the redundancy in my planner. I get confused when trying to go to my months even though I have tabs on them because the left side with space to write throws me off. I would love to stay in this all year, fingers crossed because I am a planner jumper. If I stay in it even half the year I will for sure purchase a 2027. 🖤🖤
I love the unique functional layout
I am really enjoying this planner. I debated whether I would purchase it but I finally pulled the trigger. I am glad I did.
I jumped right in last week into my A5 slim manger for a little test run before last week of the year start. I have to say, I was a little bit overwhelmed by all of my ideas on wanted to put on these pages, but I think I got it figured out. See it’s not the layout it’s all that I want to do and where it all needed to go for success. With the additional B6 inserts as a tip in, now I can track it all, and that says a lot.
The only thing I would change if you were asking :) would be do a grid page where you have dot pages. More pages in the back, looking to do a quarter, monthly monthly, and weekly plus some notes. Say an 100 should do the trick. Currently going to use my a5 slim notebook for this.
I didn’t think I would love it as much as I do right off, but it is a great idea and I can’t believe you created this master piece.
I do have the weekly planner too, and that’s mind on the go planner etc. You are a doll in this planner business. I will be a repeat customer for life ❤️❤️
Keep the b6 insert as is, I do think it worked very nicely as a tip in for my needs.
This is my third year using PTD planners. Despite the tariffs and fees I still ordered my usual Manager’s Notebook, Yearly Planner and Daily Notebook, as I cannot do without them for 2026. I would love it if the TN Yearly 2.0 Planner-horizontal would return to complete my collection.

With this planner, you designed the piece that I was missing and could not visualize. The dashboard makes the planner complete, and, as a small business owner, who wears many hats, tracking all the things has been overwhelming until this planner came along. The A5 slim is an awesome size, the blank spread following each week is perfectly placed and the layout strikes the perfect balance between structure and flexibility. Please don't change a thing -- just keep offering this planner design!
Tolles Papier tolle Tracker Seite aber die Wochenübersicht ist für mich viel zu schmal zu viele Uhrzeiten und zu dick gedruckt so das ich auch schlecht drüber weg schreiben kann. Ich persönlich hätte da lieber die waagerechte Version, aber das ist ja persönlicher Geschmack. Die Monate müssten hintereinander für die Berufsplanung sein. Ich hoffe auf ein Notebook A5 slim mit dem 4 mm Dot Grid das wäre perfekt als Zusatz oder Ergänzung. Das Papier ist toll auch die Übersichten des Jahres. Ich würde ihn nicht mehr kaufen da wie gesagt ich zu groß schreibe.
This was the planner I didn’t know I needed. A surprising catchall that is working so well. It’s the perfect size and the sand colour is dreamy. I would love an extra page between the monthly and dashboard and the dashboard and week one of the month to help minimize ghosting. Otherwise, please don’t make this chunkier in the back. She’s so sleek and appealing as is. Definitely making the 2026 lineup!
This is such a great work/project planning notebook with one exception, I wish the weekly layouts were grid paper instead of lined. I feel the week columns are too narrow and grids would have helped tremendously with keeping my writing neat and aligned. A grid layout in the weekly pages would have also helped with half hour planning, which the notebook does not include. It only includes on the hour planning. I’m obsessed with and love the Dashboard layout. I would definitely buy this planner again if it had grid paper instead of lined.

A5 SLIM - a Manager's Notebook - 2025 edition
The book is lovely, but the service is disappointing. I have asked multiple times for an invoice, which I haven’t received. Nor did I receive an answer to my requests. I conclude: maybe something went wrong, maybe paperless designs is not a partner for B2B. If you like to send me an invoice, that would be very nice, I’m more than happy to upgrade the rating.
I’m so excited to try this new planner for 2025. It came perfectly and it’s just beautiful. It’s a perfect planner to combine my work and expenses in one place!
Over the years, I’ve tried several planners and calendars from different brands, but the Weekly Notebook 2025 and the A5 SLIM - A Manager's Notebook - 2025 are by far the best. The well-designed layout, ease of use, and sophisticated color scheme set them apart. I'm looking forward to using these planners in the coming year. Excellent packaging and responsive customer support complete a truly impressive product experience.
Such an inspiring design. Plan to use it for work, but it would work beautifully for personal life as well...to the point I am considering a second one. My few wishes/preferences would be a) grid rather than dot grid b) more pages in the back for weeks with lots of meetings/notes and c) I always appreciate months to be bundled in the front. That said, those are *my preferences* and everyone is different. Even without those things, still 5 stars. Love Tess for releasing such an innovative design as a sewn bound book <3 !!
