SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shop orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During peak holidays, sales, and new product releases, our processing time may be up to 15 business days. Please note that processing time is the time spent preparing your order prior to shipment, it does not include shipping and delivery times.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct as once it is fullfilled, we are not able to change it. PAPERTESS DESIGNS is not responsible for "late" delivery, lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Domestic shipments are shipped via DHL:
- Standard tracked (1 - 4 business days) - €6
- Express shipping (1 - 2 business days) - €19
- FREE Standard shipping with tracking on orders €100 +
International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS depending on selections at checkout (if applicable). International shipping time frames vary based on courier and destination country.
- Express tracked: 5 - 10 business days
- Premium tracked: 15 - 30 business days*
- Priority Mail tracked: 15 - 40 business days**
ATTENTION: the tracking information when choosing this method will take longer to update.
*Please allow 30 days for international shipping. Some packages can show sitting in transit for a few weeks prior to delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered.
**This more affordable shipping option is offered to any purchases that weigh under 1000g. Please keep in mind that this option is meant for small/light weight orders. If you plan to make a bigger purchase, please use either the Express or Standard Tracked shipping method.
Please be advised that international customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties and/or any other fees that may be charged at the destination country. Papertess Designs has no influence on these fees and cannot predict their amount, as customs regulations differ considerably among countries. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
All shipping options and cost are provided at checkout based on your location and weight of your order. Your order is always carefully packaged and delivered with tracking.
We accept returns when notified within 14 days of delivery and when received back within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. You'll be automatically refunded to the original payment method. The refund will not include the original shipping cost.
Please note that the refund timeframe may vary between payment providers depending on the payment method and processing time:
Credit card: Our bank will refund the amount to your account within 10 working days after receipt of your items.
PayPal: The refund will appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours of sending your return email.
If your order was shipped within the EU, VAT will be included in your refund. Outside the EU, customs duties and VAT are non-refundable.
