Our orders are carefully prepared and processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Every order is carefully packaged and includes tracking.

We accept returns if notified within 14 days of delivery and received back within 30 days. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at hello@papertessdesigns.com. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

- Paypal: within 24 hours of confirmation email
For EU orders, VAT is included in refunds. Customs duties and VAT are non-refundable outside the EU.

It's my second B6 Yearly Notebook and I love everything about it: the layout, the fonts and the structure. It gives you the freedom of a notebook with enough structure to plan or memory keep if needed. Unfortunately the paper isn't that good this year but this is an overall TRP problem. Would recommend it anyway!
I've been loving playing around with this notebook. It's got enough structure + open spaces that I keep picking it up week after week.
This book is thoughtfully designed and very useful for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning. I have used it every day since receiving it, and look forward to continuing this practice for the rest of 2025.
This is my first time in a paper tess designs planner. I love the layout and how it's organized. I can capture so much and I've been consistent in using it everyday. The b6 is PERFECT!! 😍😍😍
Really love this and would buy again. Back cover came a little bent on the upper corner. Maybe just need a little better packing. Other than that, yes I would definitely buy this again.
