Shipping Policy for Papertess Designs

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are typically as follows:

Within Germany: 2-5 business days

International: 10-21 business days
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. During peak holidays, sales, and new product releases, our processing time may be up to 15 business days. (Please note that processing time is the time spent preparing your order prior to shipment, it does not include shipping and delivery times).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if available, once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship our products using reliable carriers such as DHL, Deutsche Post, and UPS.
You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout.
4. Shipping Address and Changes
The shipping address is generated based on the information you provide at checkout.
Please ensure that all address details are correct. Address changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.
5. Customs, Import Fees, U.S. Tariffs, and Brokerage Fees

International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges vary by country, and we have no control over them or their amounts.

U.S. Customers: Please be aware that U.S. customs may apply a 145% import tariff on certain goods made in China, even if they are shipped from Germany. These fees are determined by U.S. customs at the time of delivery and are not displayed at checkout.

UPS Brokerage Fees: If your order is delivered by UPS, they may charge an additional brokerage fee for processing customs clearance on your behalf. This fee is separate from any customs tariffs and is determined by UPS based on your delivery location and the value of your package.

Papertess Designs is not responsible for customs delays, additional customs fees, or brokerage fees imposed by carriers.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of acceptance, we will contact you for reshipment. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
