Our orders are carefully prepared and processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.
However, during busy times (e.g. special sales, new releases, holidays), processing may take up to 10-15 business days.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot modify them once your order is fulfilled.
Papertess Designs is not responsible for late deliveries, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipping times are estimated.
International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by their country. We have no influence over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Customs processing may also cause delays.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Every order is carefully packaged and includes tracking.

We accept returns if notified within 14 days of delivery and received back within 30 days. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at hello@papertessdesigns.com. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
Refund timelines may vary:

- Paypal: within 24 hours of confirmation email
For EU orders, VAT is included in refunds. Customs duties and VAT are non-refundable outside the EU.

Love this…perfect!
I absolutely love this notebook. Yes it’s not TRP as expected but I’m still enjoying the book all the same. I tested out lots of pens and inks when it first arrived and settled on EF or F nib fountain pens with De Atramentis Document ink. There is very minimal bleed through which once you write on both sides is hardly noticeable. This is my everyday journal and commonplace notebook. Only I will ever read the pages so perfection is not important to me. Love the pocket in the back for some sticker sheets and stencils. If these get another batch made with TRP I’ll be stocking up for sure. It’s so hard to find a nice lined notebook, everything is always grid which I love for planning but much prefer lined for long form writing. Thank you Tess for providing a great alternative to the branded option out there that has the worst paper ever imaginable 😂
Benutze das Notizbuch jetzt seit 1 Woche.Man merkt die gute Qualität, nur leider leidet die Rückseite des Buches. Das Cover (schwarz) löst sich leider vom Buchrücken hab. Vermute, dass es wahrscheinlich an der Tasche, die am Buchrücken verarbeitet ist. Für den Preis, nach einer Woche Nutzung,(mit Schutzbeutel)sehr schade und ärgerlich.
I had really high hopes for this notebook and I agree that it will be absolutely perfect if it’s re-released with Tomoe River paper. The design is superb. The paper is still nice and thin enough, but there is a lot of bleed-through even with a fine nib. The ink doesn’t feather so if you don’t mind writing on only one side, it’s possible. But I’ll be using a Uniball One with it instead.
Though I know there was an issue with the paper, I still love it. The size is perfect, the feel is great. Once it has the proper paper, it will definitely be a favorite and a 5 star!!
